Prior to entering brokerage, Mr. Issa worked at Best Buy Canada - Canada's largest consumer electronics retailer. Mr. Issa held different senior management positions within the company in a span of 7 years. Since entering commercial real estate brokerage in 2021, Mr. Issa has been involved in numerous sales and leasing transactions on behalf of clients such as Royal Developments, Elite Real Estate Group, Imperial Equities, Mirae Investment, GCORE Canada, and HIBCO Construction. Mr. Issa has the ability to add value to all aspects of commercial leasing and sale deal process - from sourcing off market opportunities to lease negotiation, zoning, due diligence and closing.
