About Curtis

Curtis Leonhardt has been involved in commercial real estate for over a decade. Since joining Form in 2012, since acquired by Marcus & Millichap in 2019, he’s focused on representing both buyers and sellers of income-producing retail assets and commercial land throughout B.C. – transacting in excess of $350 million in sales in the last five years. One of his areas of specialization is representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of strong covenant freestanding buildings. Curtis has successfully transacted on dozen of single-tenant properties, including freestanding bank branches, large-format pharmacies and national restaurants in various regions, including the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Interior, Northern B.C. and Alberta. Prior to joining Form, Curtis gained valuable industry experience in lease negotiations and financial analysis as Development Manager for Terracon Development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He has a strong background in financial analysis and is currently a level II candidate pursuing the CFA accreditation. Curtis graduated on the Dean’s list from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, double majoring in finance and entrepreneurship.
